- Know your neighbours.
- Don’t vaccinate. Consider homeopathy instead.
- Involve yourselves in community service initiatives regularly.
- Support black-owned and eco-friendly businesses.
- Adults, do a juice/water fast one day a week.
- Express yourself. Embrace each other’s unique style, personality, tastes, gifts.
