Luvin’ our hair!

Need some extra help with your hair? Not a problem. Sistahs go through this from time to time. If nothing else remember that like our skin and nails, our hair reflects our health. That’s a relatively unknown fact. Positive thoughts, regular rigorous exercise and a healthy diet are imperative. Don’t forget to sip herbal teas filled with sage, nettle, rosemary, dandelion root on a regular. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and soak up some sun. P.S.- Wondering what foods to consume for healthy hair? A variety of fruits, vegetables/provisions, legumes, whole grains, nuts/seeds, herbs & spices. Eat plenty of raw foods daily and drink that waterWhole food supplements like sea/irish moss, moringa, psyllium, wheatgrass, raw honey, unsulphured blackstrap molasses, raw agave, kelp, chlorophyll, dulse, spirulina, bee pollen, chlorella  are also key. Don’t forget your cold-pressed oils like coconut, hemp, flax and olive.
